Our townhouse complex looks gorgeous, thanks to Jim and his team’s very professional efforts, from the exceptional prep to finished product.
This was not an easy project (unfortunately due to a poor roofing contractor-Shelton) delaying the painting project for weeks+. Jim was flexible and supportive in getting this job completed asap. I am thrilled with the beautiful classic Spanish Colonial appearance of my home! I highly recommend Vernazza Painting and welcome anyone to come view our beautiful townhomes.
I first used Vernazza Painting when I was the president of a 24 unit condominium Home Owners Association in 2015. Jim and his team did a fantastic job prepping and painting all the exteriors of each residential structure and detached garages. In fact, we just purchased a single family home in Scotts Valley and the only company I contacted to paint the exterior and interior was Vernazza Painting. On both jobs, as far as I’m concerned, Jim’s pricing was very competitive and he delivered a high quality product on the schedule he committed to. He, and every member of his team, are highly professional and strive to make “their” customer happy. If the situation arose, I would use Vernazza Painting again and recommend them without reservation!
Vernazza Painting has done a great job for us twice this year. Jim gets us on the schedule quickly. His prices are fair, his crew is professional, polite, clean, fast, and they do a fantastic job. We’re a ‘vintage’ rental property and they remove old paint and prep really well, and the paint application is perfect.
Hire them, you’ll be impressed.
